We seek a dedicated sales associate within protected categories to join our showroom, engaging customers and guiding them through personalized design solutions.
Responsibilities
* Welcome customers with a warm smile and create a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
* Identify customers' desires and needs.
* Use graphic design software to create engaging, personalized design proposals.
* Present Mondo Convenienza's furniture solutions in an engaging manner, turning every visit into a unique experience.
* Select the best furniture solutions to win customers' affection for our products.
Qualifications
* Have a contagious smile and an engaging personality.
* Be creative and enjoy using graphic design software (no prior experience required; we provide training).
* Excel in communication and listening skills to satisfy customer needs.
* Possess a strong passion for sales, driven by dedication to the customer.
* Be enthusiastic about design and furniture as a core part of your identity.
Benefits
We offer a part‑time contract (21/24 hours), initial paid training for several weeks, and a solid incentive system. Your agreement will be governed by the V level of the CCNL del commercio, with opportunities for career growth within the team.
