For a multinational company operating in the aerospace sector, we are looking for a
Technology Strategy and Roadmapping Specialist
to join the Innovation & ELI team.
Responsabilità
The role aims to promote and embed a strong culture of innovation across the organization, driving technological advancement through the definition of strategies and roadmaps, and exploring innovative processes and technologies to enhance military platforms and enable cutting-edge capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the definition of innovation strategies focused on technological development, including military and dual-use technologies
* Support the evaluation and monitoring of technological innovation strategies and the overall technology portfolio (current status and future evolution)
* Assist in the coordination and development of technology and capability roadmaps
* Collaborate in the analysis and assessment of technologies required to support product development and competitiveness, including defining development strategies while considering costs, risks, and benefits
* Support the coordination of specific initiatives such as open innovation programs, technology scouting and intelligence activities, and partnerships with academia and key stakeholders
* Contribute to the evaluation of the economic value of know-how and technologies to support and accelerate decision-making processes
* Support and collaborate in cross-functional activities within European and NATO research programs related to military technologies
Profilo
Requirements
* Master's degree in Engineering
* Strong teamworking skills and goal-oriented mindset
* Excellent proficiency in English
