The person will act as key interface between Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring demand plans are translated into executable supply strategies that maximize product availability while protecting patients. You will support product‐level decision‐making, ensuring trade‐offs prioritize patient impact while optimizing financial outcomes.Scope & Organizational Impact

You will be responsible for
Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned to commercial forecasts while safeguarding patient supplyTranslate demand signals into supply plans that ensure uninterrupted patient access and support revenue realizationPartner closely with Brand Managers to align on demand assumptions, launch readiness, and growth scenariosIdentify and proactively manage risks to patient supply and revenue (stock‐outs, constraints, delays)Coordinate with Supply Execution, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure plan feasibility and robustnessSupport scenario planning to evaluate trade‐offs, prioritizing patient impact first, then financial outcomesMonitor KPIs including service level, inventory, and revenue‐at‐riskSupport IBP / S&OP processes with clear articulation of patient and financial implications
