NTU International is an international consulting company providing advisory and programme management services for governments and international organisations. We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners on policy, digital transformation, and public sector reform initiatives.
NTU is currently leading a consortium under a Multiple Framework Contract with the European Commission focused on high-level advisory services related to digital government, ICT strategy, digital policy, and public sector transformation. To support future assignments under this framework, we are expanding our pool of Cybersecurity and Digital Security experts across the European Union.
Development of cybersecurity strategies and governance frameworks;
Cybersecurity risk assessments and security architecture advisory;
Advisory on EU cybersecurity legislation and policies (e.g. NIS2, Cybersecurity Act);
Development of security standards and best practices for digital public services;
Support to digital resilience and secure digital infrastructure initiatives.
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or digital security advisory;
~ Expertise in areas such as cybersecurity governance, risk management, security architecture, or digital resilience ;
~ Degree in cybersecurity, information security, ICT, or related technical fields ;
~ Fluency in English is required. Additional EU languages are an asset.
