Luxury Brand is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist. You'll have the chance to support the HR Business Partner in all recruiting and operational activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the recruiting process for all the HQ functions: job postings, CV screening, phone interviews, schedule meetings with HR Business Partner and line managers
- Build and nurture talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, and proactive outreach, ensuring a strong bench for current and future needs
- Monitor recruitment reporting, KPIs, budgets, and compliance to optimize performance.
- Update employee data in our HR systems
- Prepare contracts and other administrative documentations
- Support in all HR operations activities
EXPERIENCES
- At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition (plus if from a luxury xlwpduy brand)
- Good knowledge of HR main processes
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and PPT
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to details
- Fluent in English
