What You'll Do

\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring across Italy as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. This role will report to the Sr Director of Global Talent Acquisition and will manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions, including factory/operations roles and professional/salaried roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing and engineering talent.\n

Experience within the Medical Technology (MedTech) or regulated manufacturing sector is a plus.

\n

The successful candidate will be a bilingual professional (Italian and English) with a strong working knowledge of Italian labor legislation and Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement. This individual will partner closely with local business leaders, Regional HR leader, HR Business Partners, and Global TA stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality hiring aligned with both local requirements and Global TA standards.

Key Responsibilities

\nTalent Acquisition & Stakeholder Partnership\n

\n
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives;
\n
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring best practices;
\n
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of roles, including;
\n
- Factory and operations roles (production, warehouse, maintenance, etc.;
\n
- Professional and corporate roles (engineering, supply chain, quality, R&D;, marketing, commercial, and support functions).
\n

\nSourcing & Candidate Management\n

\n
- Proactively source and engage candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and direct search;
\n
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure high-quality and compliant hiring decisions;
\n
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance and onboarding.
\n

\nCompliance & Labor Law Expertise\n

\n
- Ensure hiring practices comply with Italian labor legislation, including permanent and fixed-term contracts;
\n
- Apply and interpret relevant Collective Agreement (“CCNL Metalmeccanico”) during the recruitment and offer process;
\n
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Compensation to ensure correct classification, contract type, and alignment with internal policies.
\n

\nOffer Management & Process Excellence\n

\n
- Support and manage offer preparation, approvals, and negotiations in collaboration with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation;
\n
- Maintain accurate data within the ATS (Workday preferred) and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements;
\n
- Leverage recruiting metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes and processes.
\n

\nGlobal Collaboration & Continuous Improvement\n

\n
- Operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization, collaborating with regional and global TA colleagues;
\n
- Contribute to global and regional TA initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts;
\n
- Support transformation, process optimization, and employer branding initiatives as part of the Global TA CoE.
\n

\nBasic Requirements\n

\n
- Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken) is required
\n
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
\n
- Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for global or matrixed organizations
\n
- Proven experience recruiting within manufacturing and engineering environments
\n
- Strong working knowledge of Italian labor law and Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement
\n
- Experience recruiting both factory/hourly roles and professional/salaried roles
\n
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence of at least 3 days per week
\n

\nDesired Attributes\n

\n
- Experience recruiting in MedTech or other regulated manufacturing industries
\n
- Prior experience supporting EMEA or global recruiting init
