We are looking for a Marketing Intern
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing impactful events and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to support the organization and delivery of congresses, webinars, roadshows, and internal events. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills in event logistics, sponsorship negotiation, and marketing performance analysis.
Core Responsibilities
Mentored by an experience tutor you will:
* Support the negotiation of sponsorship packages and secure participation in industry congresses and events.
* Coordinate internal alignment meetings to define event roles, responsibilities, and timelines.
* Assist in preparing event materials, including booth setup, demo room arrangements, and on-site support when needed.
* Manage end-to-end event logistics: vendor coordination, requisitions, contracts, and collateral shipping.
* Track and report event-related finances, including check requests, invoicing, and budget monitoring.
* Contribute to the planning and execution of internal and external events such as user meetings, HQ visits, webinars, and roadshows.
* Organize travel logistics including lodging, meals, transportation, and social activities for event participants.
* Collect and analyze event KPIs to evaluate impact and support continuous improvement efforts.
Education and Experience
* Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
* English: good written and oral capabilities (CEFR Level B2).
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Previous experience in event planning or marketing (even academic or volunteer-based) is a plus.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
