**Job Summary**:
He/She will be part of a team who work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, project managers, and usability experts to make our products easier to use. He/She will obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content. He/She will: - develop installation manual for specific produtcs and components also developing and maintaining detailed databases of instruction ;
- release installation manual dedicatetd to a specific Project;
- attend planning and briefing meetings;
- collaborate with developers, installation supervisors, and managers to clarify any technical issues;
- develop spare parts catalogue;
- develop commissioning procedures and documentation like CE declaration;
- work with translators, printers and service providers; **Responsibilities**: - reliability of product specific documentation like user manuals and technical instructions incl. illustrations and graphics;
- delivery on time the documentation realated to a specific project, standard assempbled content and new customised content;
- active cooperation in fulfilling the applicable requirements in the area of product approval, CE Conformity and technical standards;
- support marketing and other departments in creating technical documentations and illustrations;
- approval of translations in cooperation with external translating services;
- maintain update the internal library of product information ad solution illustration taking care of the content lifecycle management; **Minimum Qualifications**: - 2-4 years industry experience as an effective technical writer;
- ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics;
- superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail;
- knowledge of regulated environment;
- fluent English knowledge; **Soft Skills**: - must be a team player with a flexible approach to requirements;
