Amcor is launching its next Graduate Program in October 2026. The program will include three international rotations across Amcor plants and offices in Europe. Participants will work on R&D Operations projects and have the opportunity to explore different functions within the organisation. Responsibilities Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of R&D systems, tools, and operational processes across Europe. Contribute to cross‐functional European projects with other functions such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, IT, Sustainability, Operations, and Product Management. Interface between business stakeholders and system/process owners to translate operational needs into structured, practical solutions. Align data and analytics initiatives with business priorities to enable fact‐based decision‐making. Support change management activities by preparing and delivering documentation, training materials, and communication for new or improved systems and processes. Rotate across projects and focus areas within R&D Operations to explore interests, develop strengths, and shape future career direction. Education & Experience Master's or Honours degree in Industrial Engineering, General Engineering, Data Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. Evidence of academic achievements and/or extracurricular activities. Up to two years of relevant internship or work experience in an industrial, engineering, R&D, or operations environment. Experience with an international study or work experience is an asset. Exposure to cross‐functional projects, data analysis, or process improvement activities is an advantage. Technical & Analytical Skills Strong analytical and structured problem‐solving mindset, with the ability to understand end‐to‐end processes. Interest in IT systems and data, with basic knowledge of SQL, programming concepts, databases, and/or data modelling. Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and/or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is nice to have. Personal & Professional Skills Ability to see the big picture and understand connections between processes, systems, and functions. Curious, proactive, and motivated to drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration skills in international, multidisciplinary teams. Detail‐oriented, well‐organized, and result‐focused. Flexible, adaptable, and ready to embrace change. Language & Mobility Fluency in English – any other European language is an advantage. Willingness to travel and work abroad across Europe. Permanent work permit in the EU.
