The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping close business across Cybernetik's automation portfolio. They will be focused, self-driven, and able to translate strategy into consistent daily execution.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in up to two industrial segments, including FMCG, process industries, end-of-line automation, and extraction.
* Build and develop relationships with new prospects while maintaining existing accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle from territory prioritization to RFQ creation and closure.
* Plan every customer interaction with a clear objective and track deal advancement rigorously
* Use AI tools for research, outreach, and proposals as a standard part of daily work
* Maintain CRM hygiene with same-day updates on all activities and opportunities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
* 5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in automation, capital equipment, or industrial solutions
* Consistent track record of quota attainment
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable owning the full sales cycle independently
* Goal-oriented with the discipline to execute daily activity targets
