Responsibilities Customer Success Manager engages our customers to drive adoption of the Leica Microsystems image analysis software portfolio. This is a critical function with a clear focus: onboarding new customers, delivering a positive customer and user experience, turning them into advocates, and managing renewals. Act as a first point of contact for customers with questions about Leica Microsystems’ AI image analysis software and drive positive customer experience. Collaborate with Market Development, Application, Product Expert and Marketing teams to foster a strong user community. Manage renewals and drive expansion. Directly contribute to meeting quarterly and annual sales targets. Utilize value selling techniques to identify and address customer needs. Essential Requirements BA/BS or MS degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field. Proven successful experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Management, Customer Support or Account Management in a SaaS or software sales environment. Experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software. Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems (e.g., confocal, multi-photon, spinning disk and/or light sheet). Fluent in English and in another European language. Travel, Vehicle & Environment Requirements Ability to travel – approximately 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
