Job Overview

Main responsibilities include:
1. Organizing and updating health and safety documentation, including training records, checklists and reports.
2. Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of safety equipment inventory, checks and schedules.
3. Coordinating safety trainings and accurately tracking employee certifications.
4. Preparing reports, presentations and summaries following audits or inspections.
5. Participating in regular site visits and inspections to identify potential risks.
The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in health, safety and environmental topics, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, proficiency in Google Suite, and fluency in English.
