To strengthen our Internal Audit & Risk Management function, we are looking for a motivated and analytical junior professional to join our team.
The RoleThe Risk Manager Assistant will support the Head of Audit & Risk Management in activities related to the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of corporate risks, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Internal Control System and the Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport in the identification and assessment of corporate risks (operational, financial, compliance, supply chain, IT, HSE, etc.)Collection and analysis of data related to risk events, incidents, non-conformities, and key risk indicatorsSupport in the preparation and maintenance of risk registers, risk assessments, and periodic management reportingCollaboration with cross-functional teams (legal, procurement, quality, finance, IT, etc.)Support in process improvement initiatives and enhancement of internal controlsContribution to the management and updating of compliance documentation and internal procedures
Technical SkillsGood proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, tables)Strong interest in risk management, internal audit, internal controls, or industrial processesBasic knowledge of the following is considered a plus:Enterprise Risk Management frameworksBusiness processesInternal control systems
