We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best. /p pThe Finance Director leads all financial activities of Angelo Po, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective decision support to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency. /p pThe role acts as a key business partner to management, ensuring full compliance with Marmon Group standards, Italian statutory requirements, and US GAAP, while strengthening internal controls, cash generation, and performance management across a multi-country footprint. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liFinancial Planning, Analysis Reporting /li liLead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for Angelo Po Group. /li liEnsure timely, accurate monthly financial closing and reporting, in full compliance with Marmon Group deadlines and requirements. /li liDefine, monitor, and analyze financial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights to management. /li liPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and corrective action plans. /li liAct as a financial business partner to Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain. /li liAccounting, Statutory Compliance /li liEnsure compliance with Italian GAAP, US GAAP, and Marmon Group accounting policies. /li liOversee statutory financial statements preparation for local entities, and directly finalize statutory financial statement for Angelo Po and the consolidated financial statement of the Italian sub holding (Marmon Italia). /li liEnsure full compliance with local statutory, fiscal, and tax requirements. /li liManage relationships with external auditors, tax auditors. /li liOverview TP documentation for Angelo Po Group /li liSupport and coordinate internal and external audits, including SOX compliance activities. /li liEnsure accuracy and integrity of accounting data and master data governance. /li liAct as Anticorruption officer guarantying full compliance to local and US antibribery legislation, overseen the application of the Marmon Anticorruption policy /li liCollaborate with Corporate legals on reviewing contracts and supporting the organization on contractual risks identification and management. /li liCash Flow, Treasury Working Capital /li liDrive cash flow optimization through active working capital management. /li liMonitor and improve inventory, receivables, and payables performance. /li liOversee collection activities and credit management /li liRisk Management Internal Controls /li liIdentify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation actions. /li liEnsure robust internal control framework in line with SOX and Marmon requirements. /li liOversee insurance programs in coordination with the Group Risk Manager. /li liPromote a strong culture of compliance, control, and risk awareness. /li liLeadership Organization /li liLead, develop, and coach the finance team, fostering accountability, continuous improvement and a business partner culture. /li liPromote process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or professional certification (CPA, ACCA, equivalent) preferred. /li liMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions. /li liStrong experience in manufacturing environments and international group reporting. /li liSolid knowledge of Italian tax and statutory regulations and international accounting standards. /li liProven experience with US GAAP and SOX in a multinational context. /li liStrong knowledge of IT tools and systems: ERP (JD Edwards preferred), XLS, One Stream, HFM, PBI /li /ul pFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
