Role Purpose:
We are looking for young talents to join our Simonelli Group Sales Team through a Sales Graduate Program. The company boasts eight international branches in USA, France, Germany, UK, Singapore, Dubai, Australia, and China. As a result, it has a well-established and extensive sales network internationally. We are looking for new graduates who are curious, goal-oriented and fluent both in English and Turkish languages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Simonelli Group Sales activities
* Develop and maintain customer relationships
* Assist in preparing Sales presentations and proposals
* Ensuring timely processing of customer inquiries
* Review competitors and customers in the assigned countries
* Report customer visits, market analysis and accurate market information
* Undertake business trips abroad to assigned countries
* Contribute to high service levels in line with customer expectations and company guidelines
* Represent the company, its brands and products at trade fairs and other dedicated events
Key Competencies & Requirements:
* Master Degree in Economics, Business, Foreign Languages or related fields
* Turkish language (mother tongue)
* English language (at least B2 level)
* Excellent organizational and cross-cultural communication skills
* Proactive and self-manager, coffee lover is a plus
* Availability to travel abroad, especially in Turkey and Turkish language countries
