In the role you drive the category strategy, its deployment and follow up on the commercial execution. You support the creation of innovative ranges and experiences collaborating closely with the other product lines and the commercial function to ensure the experience development of the Business Area Food Europe. /p pReporting to the CxO Head BA Food Europe, you collaborate with several stakeholders, managing the life cycle for the category and ensuring profitable growth. In addition to this, you are responsible for driving a customer centric business model in the BA and guaranteeing a complete customer value proposition. /p h3YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liOverall integrated PL responsibility and definition of the category strategy /li liCollaborating in the global product definition to ensure coherence between business areas /li liResponsible for the commercial launch and execution of category products life cycle, model catalogue, including unique selling propositions, together with Regional Category Head and key markets. /li liExplore and validate new innovation opportunities for the category /li liDrive and manage the category connectivity roadmap in line with BA Food Europe ambition /li liDeveloping and defining marketing tools together with BA Food Europe Central marketing /li liMonitor and follow customer trends in the markets and bring insights in the CxO organization for relevant planning /li /ul h3WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE /h3 ul liDegree in Economics / BA / Engineering or equivalent working experience /li liSolid experience (minimum 10 years) in a multinational company with a proven track record of success in one of the following functions: category management (product development), marketing and/or commercial areas. /li liProven experience in managing people and strong leadership skills /li liStrong business acumen in an international scenario; familiar with marketing strategies and PL management /li liStrong understanding of customer needs in the industry, with solid business and process knowledge /li liAbility to work independently, in cross-national teams and multinational environments (preferably in matrix organizations) /li liExcellent communication skills and ability in influencing /li liFluent English both written and spoken /li /ul h3OUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS /h3 pBe Customer Obsessed.
