Within the IT Infrastructure Department, I lead the global Intune team, providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and operational governance for endpoint management services across multiple regions.

I am responsible for coordinating a team of specialists, driving service excellence, and ensuring the delivery of secure, compliant, and scalable workplace solutions that support business objectives and enhance the end-user experience worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a global team of Endpoint Management specialists, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance monitoring, and achievement of service objectives.
  • Define operational standards, best practices, and governance processes for endpoint management services, ensuring consistency across regions and business units.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to team members, supporting their professional growth and enabling successful resolution of complex technical challenges.
  • Own the strategic direction and roadmap of the Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management environment, driving innovation, automation, standardization, and continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with Workplace Operations, Service Desk, Security, Identity, and Infrastructure teams to align endpoint services with business and security requirements.
  • Lead major incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis activities, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution and long-term service stability.
  • Drive compliance, security, and governance initiatives by defining policies, monitoring service performance, and implementing corrective actions across global environments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at both technical and business levels, translating operational requirements into scalable, secure, and business-focused endpoint solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in Endpoint Management and Workplace Engineering environments, with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, modern device management, compliance, and application lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global technical teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous professional development.
  • Strong technical governance of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Microsoft 365 services, and endpoint security frameworks, ensuring alignment between business and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale Windows 11 and Modern Workplace environments, driving service reliability, operational excellence, and end-user productivity.
  • Proven ability to drive automation, standardization, and operational efficiency through PowerShell scripting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ownership and accountability in driving initiatives from strategy and design through implementation, operational handover, and steady-state service management.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes within global enterprise environments.

In compliance with the applicable pay transparency legislation, the following information is provided regarding the initial compensation foreseen for the position.

Applicable Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria)

Employment Category: White-collar employee

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): between €26.843,44 and € 36.906,87 gross per year, paid over 13 monthly installments.

The position within the salary range and the corresponding job classification level (C2, C3, B1, B2, B3 under the applicable CCNL) will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience, technical competencies, and the level of autonomy and responsibility assigned to the role.
