Experteer Overview As an Operations Manager in our Customer Fulfillment team, you lead and develop Area Managers to drive safe, productive fulfillment operations. You'll own process improvements that could scale across the Amazon network, balancing team needs with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize inbound/outbound flows and elevate the customer experience. This role combines hands‐on leadership with strategic initiative to shape efficient, safe and scalable fulfillment operations.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and develop a team of Area Managers and their reports, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
Drive health and safety culture and maintain standards across the remit
Become SME on large-scale FC processes (e.g., 5S audits)
Manage data collection and hourly metrics in inventory/control systems
Aim to hit productivity targets, reduce cost per unit and minimize errors to improve customer experience
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, IT on staffing, scheduling and performance
Lead process changes and participate in cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives across site and EU network
Responsabilità Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management
Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English; intermediate in the local language
Experience using data or evidence to influence business decisions
Experience in key areas of production and supply chains
