The Group Design Thinking & Scrum-RTE COE structure of Reale Group aims at accelerating the digital transformation of the Group in line with the technological and operational market trends.Main features of the structure are:Lean/ Design Thinking and Agile work methodologiesOrganization in work-rooms with resources from Business and Technology areas"End-to-end" development of digital solutions starting from Business problemsActivitiesFacilitate the Scrum eventsRemove impediments to the team's progress, and protect the team from interruptions and distractionsCapture and use metrics to help driving continuous improvementSponsor the self-organization of the TeamSupport Product Owners in visualizing progress, creating a transparent Product Backlog and maximizing the value of the productRequirementsUnderstanding of Agile and Lean principles and valuesStrong knowledge of the Scrum frameworkAwareness and experience with widely successful xjrgpwk Agile techniques like User Stories, Planning Poker, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated TestingFluent EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindsetExperiences2 years' experience on Agile projectsExperience in Tools for Agile Project ManagementWorkplace: Torino, Via Corte d'Appello 11
