What to Expect As an Operations Coordinator for Used Cars, you'll play an integral role in expanding our Used Cars business across Italy. You'll ensure a seamless organization and execution of our used car operations, including fleet, trade-ins, refurbishment, registration, logistics, and financing, while simplifying processes, onboarding team members and streamlining workflows. By supporting other teams and focusing on customer satisfaction, you'll contribute to a remarkable experience for our clients. What You’ll Do You will investigate issues and processes, identify constraints and root causes and work with various departments to identify improvements, drive solutions and verify that the desired results have been achieved You will assist in the creation of business cases for initiatives that drive the Used Cars business forward Managing and supporting our day-to-day used vehicle operations, with a focus on achieving our Used Cars Key Performance Indicators such as refurbishment time, sales pace, delivery process, customer readiness, etc. Collaborate with local sales, service, and delivery teams to optimize cross-functional processes and elevate the customer experience Lead the onboarding, training and coaching of team members and stakeholders on used car operations, processes, and systems Coordinate with local sales and service teams to efficiently execute all pre-delivery tasks Resolve customer and vendor escalations with a solution-oriented approach Communicate programme progress and status to various people in the organization What You’ll Bring You have proven communication, leadership and problem-solving skills in a business or department of comparable complexity and scope, including sales, operations, logistics and finance You have proven experience in the used cars business You have the ability to identify and solve problems using data and you are proficient in Excel You have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully handle situations with a high degree of versatility and complexity You act on your own initiative with a strong desire to achieve existing goals and find new ways to move Tesla forward You have exceptional project and systems management skills, as well as an organizational talent with great attention to detail You are fluent in English and Italian J-18808-Ljbffr
