Ph3bThe opportunity /b /h3 pThe Quality Officer reports to the Quality and Safety Manager, who is responsible for leading and coordinating the integrated Quality Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on company quality standards. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 pQuality System Management: The Officer oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) ensuring cross-departmental integration. /p pThe Officer supervises internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective/preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements. /p pContinuous Improvement: The Officer leads continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions. /p pReporting and Communication: The Officer assists the QS Manager to prepares periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals. /p pCross-Functional Projects: The Officer supports the QS Manager in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point. /p pOrganizational Relationships: The Officer works cross-functionally with all company departments, in particular with the HR department, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters. /p h3bQuality (ISO 9001 : 2015), the Officer : /b /h3 ul liOversees the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standard. /li liCoordinates internal audits and supports external certification audits. /li liWorks collaboratively with teams to enhance process efficiency and performance. /li liMaintains all quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions. /li liLeads quality-focused training and communication initiatives. /li /ul h3bPossible additional tasks : /b /h3 ul liManages and coordinates all health safety activities following Legislative Decree 81 / 2008. /li liDevelops and maintains the Risk Assessment Document (DVR). /li liPromotes a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and training. /li liCollaborates with the Company’s appointed medical doctor and cross-functional teams. /li liProvides safety support during new employee onboarding. /li liCan serve as function representative during internal meetings. /li liCan be Company representative at Global Group, Proman. /li /ul h3bRequirements : /b /h3 ul liPrevious experience in companies operating on a project or order-based model. /li liHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. /liliRequired minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. /li liThorough knowledge of quality regulations. /li liProactivity, sense of initiative, ability to organization and time management. /li liAnalytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. /li liTeam-oriented with high collaboration skills. /li liMandatory fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liFamiliarity with business IT systems and tools. /li liPreferable (but not required) : /li liCertification as an occupational safety trainer (DM 6 / 3 / 2013). /li liInternal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 : 2015. /li /ul pWe encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we provide opportunities for growth and learning. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
