The position will be based in Crespellano (BO). In your role you will join the Internal Communications team supporting the management of communication flow within the company, fostering employee engagement, and promoting a strong and positive company culture. You will contribute to the development and implementation of internal communication strategies, ensuring effective and timely communication across all levels of the organization. /p h3Specific Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist in the creation and distribution of engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations. This involves writing, editing, and formatting content to ensure clarity and consistency with brand messaging. /li liSupport the planning and execution of internal events, such as town hall meetings, employee recognition programs, and workshops. This includes coordinating logistics, managing invitations, preparing materials, and gathering feedback. /li liMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through data collection and reporting, providing insights for continuous improvement. This may include tracking employee engagement metrics, analyzing feedback surveys, and preparing reports on communication performance. /li liAssist in the production of multimedia content, such as videos and graphics, for internal communication purposes.
