The resource will cover the following tasks:
Administration:
* Maintain contacts with customers and suppliers
* Purchase goods for the office
* Process the orders
* Organize shipment of documents and goods
* Maintain updated the security registers, with the support of the security consultants
* Book flights and hotels for employees and guests
* Supervise the petty cash
HR:
* Carry out the recruitment process, with the support of the Team
* Maintain updated the employees’ registers, with the support of the Labor Consultants
* Support employee’s lifecycle (onboarding, medical examinations, trainings…)
Requirements:
Good knowledge of English
Preferable prior experience in Administration and HR
Reliability, confidentiality, and collaboration
It is required the possibility to work in presence.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
