As a fast‐growing tech company, we are looking for a native speaker with a deep understanding of the US market and culture to help us scale our presence in North America.What you will doYour goal will be to strengthen CardTrader's presence in the USA. We are looking for someone who "lives and breathes" American business, understanding its codes and communication style.
Business Development: Identify and contact "Top Sellers" (brick‐and‐mortar stores and large collectors) in the US and Canadian markets.Onboarding: Manage direct contact, present the advantages of CardTrader, and lead the entire acquisition process.Account Management: Become the "culture‐aligned" point of reference for American sellers, speaking their language (both literally and figuratively).Brand Strategy: Adapt the relational approach to the typical dynamics of US business.
Mandatory Requirements
Native English Speaker (US/Canada): This requirement is essential. You must have deep knowledge of American culture (having lived it for a long time).Fluent Italian: Fundamental for daily coordination with the local team.Residency/Work Permit: Must already be established in Italy or ready to relocate to Limena.
Nice-to-have Requirements
Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.Proactive spirit and ability to work toward objectives.Passion for TCGs (Magic, Pokémon, Yu‐Gi‐Oh!).
