International Trade Marketing & Communication SpecialistWe are seeking a dynamic and creative International Trade Marketing & Communication Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our sector. This role requires strong communication and public relations expertise, along with hands‑on experience in content creation, design tools, and multi‑channel marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, managing external communications, and engaging industry stakeholders.Responsibilities
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence within the sector.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, and industry stakeholders.Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to promote company initiatives, product launches, and events.Implement strong relationships with the distributors’ marketing offices, support them in getting marketing tools and collect case stories of applications.Communicate with international suppliers and customers.Support the launch of new products with PR activities, e.G., new launches, website revamp.Manage the monthly newsletters for both business divisions.Monitor media coverage and manage PR opportunities to enhance brand reputation.Create high‑quality, engaging content tailored for different channels (email, newsletters, web, and PR materials).Collaborate with the sector’s web magazine by contributing articles, insights, and promotional content.Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage clients and stakeholders.Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on KPIs (open rates, click‑through rates, etc.).Use design tools (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) to create visually appealing marketing materials.Support and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing the company and coordinating communication activities before, during, and after the events.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and cultural skills.Strong public relations and media engagement experience.Proven content creation and storytelling ability.Experience with email marketing tools.Design skills that help create visual content.Proficiency in design tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, PR, or communications.Experience working with industry publications or web magazines is highly desirable.Creative thinker with a proactive approach.Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.Strong sense of ownership and accountability.Fluent in English and German;
French or Spanish is a big plus.
