We are looking for an Account Opening Operations Lead to own the operational stability and continuous improvement of digital onboarding platforms supporting multiple banking products.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
- Own the operational stability of account opening and digital onboarding applications
- Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and operational backlog
- Perform root cause analysis and drive long‐term fixes
- Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with development teams
- Act as the main point of contact between business and IT stakeholders
- Lead and support a small operations team
- Introduce and maintain structured processes and documentation
- Ensure transparency and reporting via Jira and Confluence
Must‐Have Skills\n
- Strong experience in IT operations, application support or delivery environments
- Fluent Italian speaker (C1 level or higher)
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex systems landscapes
- Hands‐on, proactive problem‐solving mindset
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs (REST / SOAP) and Java‐based environments
Nice‐to‐Have\n
- Experience with Spring Boot, GCP, PostgreSQL
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Dynatrace, Splunk)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and hybrid (on‐prem & cloud) environments
