Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist you will join our Automation&Electrification Business Unit. You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
Responsibilities
Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models, define product positioning, and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets.
Market Development: Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions.
Product Management: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area, interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force.
Marketing & Performance: Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives.
Qualifications & Education
Education: Degree in Engineering.
You are a flexible person with an open mindset, ready to take on new challenges and activities.
You possess analytical skills, a capacity for strategic vision, and a strong customer focus.
In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range €31,000 - €32,000 for a 40-hour work week.
The remuneration package also includes an individual performance-related bonus.
