The role will support activities related to customer portfolio management and analysis, coordination with commercial functions and monitoring of service levels across the Regions.As a Global Sales Execution InternYou will support the team in the following activities:Developing, updating, and managing commercial reporting using MS Office, SAP/BW, SAP S/4, and Tableau.Ensuring alignment between commercial needs and product availability, in collaboration with the Supply team.Coordinating with internal functions (Customer Service, Sales, Brand, Demand Planning, Logistics) to ensure effective information flow regarding orders, portfolio status, and market priorities.Participating in forecast calls with subsidiaries and preparing related supporting documentation.Monitoring finished goods availability, identifying potential issues, and contributing to the definition of distribution priorities.Performing data analysis aimed at improving processes and contributing to the development of commercial building blocks.Contributing to digitalization projects related to reporting tools and commercial governance.Maintaining operational communication with commercial teams and customers to ensure information flows and help resolve key technical or operational requests.You Are The Person We Are Looking For IfYou hold a Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.You demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP, SAP/BW, SAP S/4, BI tools, and Tableau is considered a strong plus.You are comfortable working with complex datasets, dashboards, and digital reporting tools.You are fluent in English; additional languages are considered a plus.You show strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.You have a proactive and collaborative mindset, with a strong problem-solving orientation.You possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.You demonstrate a strong team‐working attitude and the ability to interact effectively with international colleagues at different organizational levels.What We OfferA working environment based on a solid corporate culture, where you can confront yourself with many professionals and enrich your skills.A Smart work mode that allows you to live your best work-life balance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
