Ph3Job Title /h3 h3Job Description /h3 pPromoting Philips Image Guided Therapy - Devices products and drive disposable utilization through clinical education and cath-lab support in the assigned territory of North-East of Italy. /p pYour role: /p ul lipProviding primary training and education to customers. /p /li lipDisseminating technical product information and executing hospital staff training, including in the Cath-lab during clinical procedures as needed. /p /li lipMonitoring system usage through regular contact with users to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and related systems and troubleshooting operational issues. /p /li lipAchieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory, advancing revenue and market position in line with territory, division, and company goals. /p /li lipBuilding strong customer relations by interfacing directly with hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, and other relevant staff. /p /li lipCollaborating with Marketing and other internal groups to assess needs and provide management with competitive intelligence. /p /li lipProcessing and monitoring product complaints according to company procedures. /p /li /ul pYou're the right fit if you have: /p ul lipBA/MSc degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related clinical/scientific field. /p /li lip3-5 years of clinical support experience preferably in a Cath-lab. /p /li lipExcellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skills. /p /li lipFluency in English in addition to Italian as local language. /p /li lipAvailability to travel 70-80% of the time to support Cath-lab disposable usage /p /li /ul pHow we work togetherbr/We believe that we are better together than apart.br/Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations, and we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week. /p pThis role is a field role. /p pAbout Philipsbr/We are a health technology company.
