In this position, you will be part of the Information Security Governance team and will support the Information Security Governance Specialist as well as the external Data Protection Officer. You will help ensure GDPR compliance, maintain privacy documentation and contribute to the group-wide information security awareness program.Your Tasks
Maintain and update privacy documentation (e.g., Record of Processing Activities)Support in drafting and updating Data Processing AgreementsAssist in creating and maintaining privacy notices, procedures and internal policiesSupport in Data Protection Impact AssessmentsAssist in privacy audits and internal compliance checksMonitor privacy-related inboxes, triage requests, and ensure timely responsesHelp design, implement and monitor the annual information security awareness programProvide first-level support to employees regarding awareness measures and the digital training platformContribute to reporting on data protection and the information security awareness program
Your Profile
Degree (Bachelor's) in Law or a comparable field relevant to privacyBasic understanding of information security fundamentalsGood working knowledge of MS Office (or similar productivity tools)Clear written and verbal communication skills; precise and structured working styleStrong analytical thinking and ability to understand processes and data flowsInterest in information technology and learning new topicsFluent in Italian; good knowledge of English (German is a plus)
