It’s a great opportunity for curious talent who want to develop into a true finance leader. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecution and optimization of FPA activities - Prepare comprehensive financial statements (PL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and conduct KPI monitoring to support strategic line management /li liAccounts Payables oversight - Supervise the FSSC in invoice processing, manage vendor master data, and ensure all payments align with internal approval limits. /li liControlling Logistic - Oversee inventory valuation, write-offs, and warehouse movement reports to maintain precise accounting records. /li liControlling reports: Establish and maintain meaningful for business reporting /li liClosing Accruals: Manage monthly closing activities, including accrual accounting, payroll reconciliations, and fixed asset register maintenance /li liReporting Excellence: Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and OPEX reports, ensuring all data is accurately reflected in the Tagetik system /li liSupport in Controlling projects: Delivering timely and accurate accounting and financial records and reports including general ledger and financial statements, in accordance with local GAAPs /li liAudit Compliance: Coordinate documentation for internal/external audits and handle information requests from public authorities. /li liERP Integration: Serve as a key contributor to the rollout and integration of the new SAP system. /li liBudgeting Forecasting: Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to prepare budget submissions and distribute month-end files to business areas /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liAcademic Foundation: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management would be ideal /li liProfessional Background - Proven accounting/finance experience, preferably within an international or pharmaceutical setting. /li liHands-on experience with SAP, Tagetik, and Esker would be an advantage /li liStrong knowledge of international finance standards and compliance with and a proven track record facing audits. /li liHigh-level mastery of Microsoft Office, with "power user" capabilities in Excel. /li liExcellent written and spoken English is required for this global environment. /li liPrevious experience within a Big 4 firm is considered a significant advantage. /li liAnalytical Mindset - A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines. /li liStakeholder Management - Proven ability to build effective working relationships across diverse functional teams. /li liA self-starter with a global mindset, a high capacity for confidentiality, and a passion for making a positive difference. /li /ul h3What we offer in return /h3 ul liOpportunities for learning development through our varied programme /li liCollaborative, inclusive work environment /li /ul h3Diversity and inclusion /h3 pBuilding an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority.
