Quality control labs includes Chemical, Microbiological, Raw&pack; and digital teams;
- Develop, and continuously keep updated quality control procedures according to GLP/GMP and corporate standards and implement initiatives to continuously improve product quality testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective methods for continuously improve quality compliance culture in QC.
- Support audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and competencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or a related field, or equivalent experience;
- Proven experience, at least 10 years, in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in the aseptic sterile manufacturing sites;
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
