Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of products, raw materials, or components to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities. This may involve visual inspections, measurements, and using testing equipment.
2. Quality Testing: Design and implement quality tests and procedures to evaluate product performance and adherence to specifications. This can include destructive and non-destructive testing.
3. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Use statistical methods and quality tools to assess and report findings.
4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and findings. Create reports and documentation that provide a clear overview of product quality.
5. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues, working with cross-functional teams to develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
6. Process Improvement: Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, efficiency, and consistency.

8. Quality Audits: Perform periodic internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering).
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) may be preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality control tools like Six Sigma.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and a strong focus on precision.
* Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
* Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Experience in quality control or quality assurance roles is a plus.
