* 6 - 12+ years of previous experience as Team Leader/Tech Manager in IT Consulting companies
* Deep expertise in core Insurance processes (nice to have: solid experience in Auto line-of-business projects)
* Technical and Architectural leadership
* Functional Insurance Consulting
* Delivery and Project Management
* Client Advisory and Relationship
* Innovation and Modernisation
Technical Skills
* Enterprise Architectures, API, batch, microservices
* Core Insurance systems
* Cloud: AWS, OpenShift
* Comprehension of legacy code (Cobol, SQL, DB2)
* Knowledge of Generative AI tools
Functional Skills
* Analysis and mapping of the AS-IS
* Design of the TO-BE solution
* Knowledge of end-to-end flows
