Job Description:
We are seeking a local HR expert to manage complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining client employee relationships, handling employee onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, verifying payroll calculations, and providing daily consulting and client relationship support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills: ability to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues.
* Data-driven mindset: challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
