Main responsibilities:
*
* Analyze people and workforce data across all core HR processes (compensation, performance, engagement, workforce) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the business.
* Contribute to organisational design and workforce planning for a designated business unit by supporting data‑driven analyses, scenario modelling, and impact assessments.
* Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to translate business and organisational challenges into analytical questions and actionable insights.
* Support decision‑making during organisational changes, talent discussions, and engagement initiatives by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative organisational context.
* Support HR Business Partners in ongoing employee lifecycle activities, using data and stakeholder interactions to understand how structure, roles, and capabilities affect the business unit’s performance.
* Drive continuous improvement through the automation, digitalisation, and enhancement of HR reporting and analytics processes.
Main requirements:
*
* Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or other relevant fields with a strong analytical component.
* Strong analytical mindset with interest in people data and business insights.
* Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
* Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to navigate ambiguity.
* Ability to work under pressure and in complex situations.
* Good organisational and communication abilities.
