Position Description
The candidate will join our RealWorld Solutions team and will be involved in the development and delivery of Health Economics studies to help pharmaceutical companies communicate the value of their innovations to stakeholders by quantifying the economic outcomes of medical technologies.
Responsibilities
* Conduct literature reviews to source the required inputs for health economics analyses.
* Adapt and develop health economics analyses (e.g., budget impact analyses, cost / effectiveness analyses, etc.).
* Write reports, scientific posters, and scientific papers in English and Italian.
* Develop and deliver presentations to clients.
* Support preference studies (e.g., DCE, MCDA).
* Perform statistical analyses leveraging internal and external data sources using programming tools (e.g., Stata).
Requirements
* MSc degree in Economics, Health Economics, Statistics / Biostatistics / Econometrics, or related field with a quantitative background and strong analytical skills. Fundamentals of health economics are highly preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of experience; experience in a consulting agency is a plus, and prior work in health economics is highly preferred.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills and knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Stata, R, Python, SAS).
* Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
* Good planning, time management, and organizational skills.
* Willingness to work in a fast-changing environment.
* Keenness to learn and commitment to rapid development.
* Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
