Responsibilities
* Drive product listings and revenue growth within the assigned category, working towards defined targets
* Identify, research, and proactively engage prospective customers while building and maintaining strong professional relationships
* Organize, manage, and deliver brand immersion sessions and product training activities
* Plan and execute effective visit cycles, respond to customer inquiries, assess customer needs, and provide tailored consultations
* Install company Point of Sale (POS) materials and ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness for all products and POS assets
* Report market feedback to headquarters, including competitive activities, product launches, and brand activations
* Accurately record data and insights from customer visits
* Analyze company sales data to identify focus areas and share best practices and success stories
* Plan, manage, and participate in in-store events to support sell-out performance
* Create and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines to support sell-in and sell-out initiatives
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a sales representative or comparable sales role
* Completed education, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or a related field
* Strong motivation and drive to support brand growth
* Solid understanding of premium and/or luxury markets and retail environments
* Proven sales experience with a proactive and results-oriented approach
* Ability to plan and manage travel and visit schedules efficiently
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Hands‑on, proactive, and adaptable working style
* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
* Fluency in Italian and English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Capability to perform well in a fast‑paced, evolving international environment
* Valid driving license
