No Offer Description According to the declaratory of the above G.S.D./S.S.D. and the Department vocation, the contract will imply cutting edge research in the field of the synthesis and structural characterization of organic compounds, be they natural, biopolymers, biomimetic, or new-to-nature substances, possibly endowed with biological activity and potential application in biomedicine and food sectors. The circularity and sustainability of processes involving organic compounds will also be the object of study, such as the development of sustainable extraction methodologies to isolate organic molecules from animal and plant matrices, as well as their molecular and bio-functional characterization. The objective of the scientific production is at least six scientific publications in peer-reviewed international journals with impact factor. The overall teaching activity will deal with subjects and topics in line with the above S.S.D. Teaching may include lectures, tutorials, support in any other forms of student instruction, grading and evaluation of papers and evaluation of final exams, on the subjects and topics covered by the contract. Teaching for up to 120 hours is required, according to university regulations.
