Additionally, you will assist in resolving service cases and developing tailored spare parts kits to enhance our service contracts and partnerships. /p pJoin us to make a significant impact on product reliability and customer satisfaction, shaping the future of our spare parts strategy and maintaining our industry leadership. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign or Modify Spare Parts (Reverse Engineering) ul liTechnical analysis of product components and their applications /li liDefinition of critical spare parts based on failure risk, lead time, and impact on functionality /li liDrafting and maintaining technical documentation (BOM) throughout the product lifecycle /li liCollaborating with RD and product engineering /li /ul /li liSupport Field Service and Sales in Identifying Spare Parts /li liAssisting field service in identifying the correct parts needed to resolve specific service cases (photos or field reports) /li liSupporting sales and aftermarket in defining spare parts lists for offers, tenders, or service contracts (including service partnerships) /li liPreparing or reviewing spare parts lists, exploded views, and technical datasheets /li liCommunicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders (sales, customers) to ensure understanding of part functions and compatibility /li liTechnical Validation of Alternatives or Replacements /li liResearching technically compatible alternatives to cope with temporary shortages (supply chain issues), end-of-life of the original component, or economically unviable sourcing of the original part /li liParts recovery from production obsolete stock materials or decommissioned products, verifying condition, compatibility, and potential for reuse /li liEnsure the Producibility of Spare Parts /li liDefining the kitting/production location /li liCoordinating the definition of production routing (phases, equipment, functional tests) /li liCollaborating in the evaluation of feasibility and production costs times /li liCollaborating with manufacturing engineering and third-party suppliers /li liParticipating in pre-series testing or sampling to validate the process /li liEnsure the Quality of Spare Parts /li liCollaborating with the quality team to define inspection and testing procedures /li liManaging traceability and recall by ensuring that all critical spare parts are traceable by batch, serial number, or production lot. /li liAnalyzing and resolving quality-related claims (e.g., incomplete kits, incorrect packaging or labeling). Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. /li liProcess improvement to reduce damage and errors. /li liCommercial Readiness of Spare Parts ul liChecking that costs are correctly maintained in SAP for all relevant sales organizations. /li liEnsuring that parts are visible and orderable in the systems (SAP, SF) for internal and external customers. /li liEnsuring that all necessary master data (e.g., material type, sales views, descriptions, lifecycle stage) are correctly set up to allow quotation, ordering, and shipping. /li /ul /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent technical discipline OR at least 5 years experience in service and aftersales environment. /li liExcellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. /li liStrong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and supply chain processes. /li liCustomer-oriented and problem-solving mindset. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) and PLM is a plus. /li liProactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pWork with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
