You’ll be the engine behind new opportunities:Creating conversationsEnabling Account Executives to focus on high-quality, well-qualified meetings After 90 days, you’ll have:Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activityStarted booking qualified meetings for AEsBecome autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover How we’ll measure success:Main KPIs:Number of outbound activities (calls)Meetings booked (SQL)Secondary KPIs:CRM data quality and feedback loopsYou’ll be measured on inputs and outputs, not just effort.

What you’ll do:Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will:Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreachManage first contact with inbound leads and guide them through the funnelVisit clients and prospects to understand needs and present solutionsOrganize meetings, demos, and commercial proposalsSupport deal progression and closure with Account ExecutivesNurture relationships to improve satisfaction and upsellingConduct market research on high-potential segments and trendsTrack and manage all activities in the CRM Why it’s a great learning experience:We believe in being transparent.
