What You'll Do
As Art Director, you will:
* Lead and define the visual identity of communication projects that span digital, printed, environmental and experiential touchpoints
* Translate strategic briefs into compelling and effective visual concepts that support both communication goals and learning experiences
* Work in tight collaboration with Communications, Education Design, Learning & Development and Project teams to ensure creative excellence across integrated projects
* Contribute to the evolution of the Infinity brand through high-impact visual storytelling that resonates internally and externally, and supports complex educational and change initiatives
* You Elevate creative standards
Who You Are
You are a creative leader with:
* 5–7+ years in art direction or senior visual design (agency, studio or in-house)
* A strong portfolio showing a mix of communication campaigns, digital content and experiential design
* A strategic mindset and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
* Experience with end-to-end design processes from concept to delivery
* Curiosity for human-centered design and a desire to work on projects that intersect communication with education, behavioral change and learning
