Job Description:

For an industrial multinational company, we are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR admin and reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. He/she will provide local partnership and advice to local managers and employees on payroll, attendance, data management, and employee documentation, collaborating closely with the HR team. The role is based in Vignate, with travel to other Italian sites.

General Responsibilities:

* Deliver HR services to Italian plants, ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence.
* Manage attendance and absence data entry, consolidation, and verification, ensuring accurate payroll transfer.
* Be the first point of contact for internal customers, enhancing HR tools and onboarding experience.
* Prepare personnel reports and statistics.
* Monitor project initiatives and interface with involved stakeholders.
* Coordinate adoption actions for identified HR solutions.
* Guarantee governance of HR application systems.
* Supervise personnel administration with external consultants.
* Produce and monitor monthly KPI reports.
* Maintain personnel data in SuccessFactors.
* Support annual compensation reviews.
* Ensure compliance of employment contracts and employee documentation.

Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other sites in northern Italy.

Your Profile

Education:

* Degree in human resources, economics, law, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

* 3 to 8 years of progressive HR admin experience.
* Knowledge of Italian laws and industrial collective bargaining agreements.
* Preferably experience in manufacturing environments.
* Experience working across multiple legal entities and union agreements.
* Experience in training and deploying HR tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Fluent in English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
* Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive initiative.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
