You will develop and maintain robust operating procedures, oversee safe change execution, and document maintenance activities.

You’ll provide technical oversight of vendors, support incident diagnosis and recovery planning, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold governance and quality at scale.Retribuzione / BenefitsCreate, review, and improve SMPs, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs with risk controls and evidence requirementsMaintain document control and ensure high standards of procedure qualityLead or support pre-job briefings and method reviews, confirming prerequisites and rollback plansSupport preventive maintenance planning and optimisation to improve task quality and reduce defectsIdentify critical spares, spares strategies, and vendor repair workflows for key assetsMaintain technical records for KPIs, audits, and customer assuranceProvide technical oversight of vendors and contractors, validating methods, test results, and close-out documentationSupport diagnosis of complex technical issues and develop recovery/restoration plansCoach technicians and operations teams, contributing to training and scenario drillsResponsabilitàExperience in facilities, operations, or engineering in mission-critical environments (Data Center or hyperscale experience preferred)Strong knowledge of M&E; systems: UPS, generators, LV distribution, transformers, cooling, controls/monitoring, fire/life safety interfacesUnderstanding of safe systems of work, xlwpduy risk controls, and disciplined change in live environmentsExperience with BMS/SCADA platf
