The Partner Operations Lead - ITES PARP will lead a team of 6 Sales Operations Managers across Italy and Spain, managing the Amazon Locker fleet, including installation, maintenance, sourcing, supplier management, and process improvements. The role requires building strong relationships with internal and external partners, analyzing data to improve products and processes, and interacting frequently with senior leadership at Amazon and partner companies.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coaching a team of 6 Sales Operations Managers
2. Managing installation and maintenance of Amazon PARP products
3. Driving process improvement projects
4. Monitoring service provider performance and escalating issues
5. Controlling OPEX and CAPEX, and reducing costs
6. Enhancing customer experience and hardware uptime
7. Leading strategic projects, including new product launches and geographic expansion
8. Partnering with global teams to innovate and develop best practices
9. Developing materials for service providers and partners
10. Reporting KPIs and project updates to senior leadership
11. Leading contract negotiations with service providers
12. Fostering an adaptable and receptive environment for change
Basic qualifications:
* Master’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field
* At least 5 years of experience in operations
* 1-2 years of leading an operations team, including reporting and coaching
* Experience managing external suppliers and high-level negotiations
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in ambiguous environments
* Strong influencing skills across all levels
* Highly tech-literate, quick to learn new systems
* Fluency in English and Italian OR Spanish
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in high-growth tech companies
* Background in finance, business management, or sales operations
* Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills
* Six Sigma or Lean certification
* Fluency in Italian and Spanish
