PpbProcess Launch Management Coordinator /b – Electronics team, Marelli /p h3About the Position /h3 pWe are looking for a Process Launch Management Coordinator to join the Electronics team, reporting directly to the Electronics Process Launch Management Manager. This role is based at our office in Corbetta. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe the first reference of the Business in terms of Process Launch Management for any Manufacturing related task activation. /li liAct as the reference between Plant Process Launch Management and Product Development team securing Offer activation and delivery, simultaneous Engineering and standards application. /li liManage RFI/RFQ Kick Off scope to confirm production site and local Plant PLM nomination, becoming direct coordinator for multi plant offers and industrialization. /li liValidate final Plant Industrial offers in reference to RFI/RFQ, securing new capex avoidance, equipment re-use and best Manufacturing standard solutions. /li liMonitor and first reporting of Manufacturing needs/risks (capex, areas, saturations, etc) based on new opportunities, securing further study deployment onsite and with Central ELS AME. /li liMonitor and reporting of Process Milestones, Process readiness and baseline Process KPIs progress. /li liReport critical upcoming situations to secure product and process development roadblock avoidance. /li liProvide escalation support to secure blocking point resolution. /li liGuarantee online and/or onsite support for any relevant blocking points or event at risk, securing the right escalation level for a Silent launch. /li liEnsure compliance with Customer requirements and specifications, internal norms, procedures and Function guidelines. /li liMonitor, support and reporting of the Specific manufacturing Key Deliverables; supporting implementation to ensure Gates approval. /li liSupport the Project Management tasks and the Plant for the Product Change Requests, mitigating quality, cost and timing impact, continuous improvement and VAVE activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEngineer degree /li li5 years of relevant experience /li liProject Management and Project Governance Tool /li liProblem Solving approach Analytical tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA, FTA) /li liIndustrial KPI’s (OEE, CT, FTQ) knowledge /li liAbility to translate business needs into strategic action /li liDrive results, Accountability, and ability to enter and solve conflictual situations /li liAwareness, Prioritization and Front-loading orientation /li liAct as a leader, promoting collaboration and team working /li liLead inter‑functional team (Engineering and Manufacturing) /li liStrong capability to effectively manage relationships with peers, subordinates, upper management, customers, partners, suppliers. /li liDeep knowledge of IATF16949 requirements, related tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, APQP…) and their application /li liGood planning and analytical skill /li liFluent written and spoken English /li /ul h3Other Skills That We Would Welcome /h3 ul liWillingness to travel (20%) /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFast‑paced yet supportive and high‑performing international team with an inspiring ambition to transform the future of mobility. /li liSupport in onboarding and further training that will set you up with Marelli’s speed. /li liA hybrid work model, helping you to achieve work‑life balance‑combining the best of both spending time working remotely, benefitting from focus time, and purposeful co‑creation time in the office. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pCorbetta, Italy – Office based with hybrid work model. /p h3About Us /h3 pMarelli is one of the world’s leading global independent suppliers to the automotive sector, with a strong and established track record in innovation and manufacturing excellence.
