Electronics HW & FW Engineer
We're looking for an Electronic HW & FW Engineer to join our Electronics & Control Design team within our R&D Department at our Innovation Center in Turin. The role involves designing and developing electronic subsystems, ensuring compliance with regional safety and regulatory standards, and translating requirements into innovative, reliable solutions.
* Design, develop, and validate new electronic sub-assemblies and related components
* Create and maintain design and manufacturing specifications for new and existing electronic products
* Manage electronic development projects from concept to launch, ensuring compliance with processes, specifications, cost, and timeline targets
* Produce and maintain complete technical and project documentation to support future maintenance and product lifecycle needs
* Define and manage technical specifications for outsourced system design and coordinate with internal engineering teams
* Strong electronics background (analog, digital, and power) with experience in electrical design
* Hands‑on laboratory skills and practical prototyping capabilities (e.g., soldering, test rig setup)
* Solid knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes (SMD, PTH, wave soldering, inspection, coating) and End‑of‑Line testing (ICT, FCT), including MCU programming processes
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and their application in product development
* Understanding of equipment development processes and mechatronic systems (preferably in coffee machines)
