Your role at KIKO MILANO we are looking for a Colour Product Developer - Make Up Artist experienced to join KIKO MILANO’s Marketing Artistry Team. Such talent will play a key role in driving KIKO’s global colour vision by translating trends and creative direction into strategic shade development, ensuring a cohesive and innovative assortment across categories. The role oversees the full colour creation process on some launches and segments —from concept to technical validation—while providing cross-functional expertise and supporting the brand’s creative executions across channels and touchpoints. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTransform macro beauty trends, seasonal moods, and creative directions into actionable shade concepts. /li liIdentify and anticipate shade gaps and opportunities within KIKO’s permanent and seasonal assortments by conducting continuous portfolio analyses, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic priorities. /li liReceive briefs from Product Portfolio development and create relevant colors. /li liContribute to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) documentation. /li liDevelop visual presentations, color swatches, and creative layouts. /li liManage benchmark product archives and competitors sample coordination. /li liSupport trade in defining creative layouts. /li liProvide support to other departments in technical consultancy. /li liProvide technical support as Makeup Artists and contributing to the definition of textures. /li liSupport backstage fashion shows, photoshoots, and special events. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSolid experience (4+ years) in colour development, product development, or make-up artistry within the beauty industry. /li liMake-up artistry expertise is highly desirable. /li liProven ability to translate trends, seasonal moods, and creative direction into strategic shade concepts and product opportunities. /li liExperience working with suppliers, labs, and Product/Portfolio teams throughout the development lifecycle. /li liProficiency with PLM systems, shade documentation, and product lifecycle workflows is preferred. /li liAbility to produce clear and compelling visual presentations, color layouts, and swatch materials. /li liStrong understanding of the beauty market landscape, competitor dynamics, and consumer behaviour. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liA highly creative yet structured mindset, capable of balancing artistry with strategic thinking. /li liStrong communication and influencing skills, able to partner effectively across cross-functional teams. /li liExceptional attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic sensitivity. /li liAbility to navigate fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects end-to-end. /li /ul pKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
