Responsibilities
Business Client Development
* Support sales efforts in the absence of managers to deliver exceptional client experiences and maximize sales both in-store and through outreach
* Build and maintain a loyal client base of VIPs, Super VIPs, and top clients
* Engage and energize the team to maximize performance using service metrics
Leadership & Engagement Support
* Assist managers in creating an inclusive, client-first culture
* Support team performance in sales and profit results using service metrics
* Help develop team product knowledge and selling culture
Operations
* Be proficient in Ralph Lauren clienteling and digital tools, store systems, and procedures; interpret key business reports
* Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
* Provide product and client feedback to buyers and managers; coordinate marketing initiatives and pricing strategies
