The incumbent will be responsible for : Ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of production equipment ( wet areas : canned sauces, pesto and glass jar sauces, liquid broth in tetrapack ; dry areas : bouillon cubes, infusions, and soluble products) through an integrated maintenance strategy ( corrective, preventive, and improvement ) that increases asset availability, reduces downtime, enhances team skills, and enables the digital transformation of the function. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Maintenance Strategy /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Preventive Maintenance Master Plan for wet dry lines, packaging, and utilities (electricity, compressed air, steam, water, HVAC). /li liManage corrective and extraordinary maintenance events. /li liPlan plant shutdowns and annual shutdowns in collaboration with other company functions. /li /ul h3Execution Operational Continuity /h3 ul liEnsure 24 / 7 coverage through shifts / on-call and Service Level Agreements for critical interventions. /li liGuarantee execution of ordinary and / or extraordinary maintenance during production stops and / or non-production weekends. /li liDefine strategies and contracts for specialized external maintenance on high-tech production lines. /li liEnsure full energy continuity of the plant. /li liGuarantee maximum availability of general services supporting the production site. /li /ul h3Skills Development Change Management /h3 ul liDesign and activate an upskilling plan for senior technicians (fault diagnostics, automation, use of digital tools). /li liHelp identify training gaps for operational teams (production, maintenance, quality) to build an integrated training plan. /li liMentor team leaders, manage resistance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Digitalization Data /h3 ul liImplement / optimize the plant CMMS (master data, plans, history, spare parts, work orders). /li liMeasure and improve functional KPIs : OEE, MTTR, MTBF, availability, maintenance cost per line, energy cost per unit produced. /li /ul h3Quality Safety /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with HACCP, GMP standards. /li liSupport internal / external audits. /li liHelp minimize Non-Quality Costs. /li liPerform Risk Assessment of operational assets. /li liApply HSE standards. /li /ul h3Economic Supplier Management /h3 ul liDirect responsibility for maintenance OpEx budget. /li liContribute to CapEx plan drafting. /li liLifecycle management of assets. /li liQualify and manage suppliers / contractors, negotiate service levels. /li liManage spare parts warehouse (stock optimization, A / B / C criticality). /li /ul h3Projects Innovation /h3 ul liLead revamping / automation projects on wet / dry and packaging lines. /li liDrive energy efficiency initiatives in collaboration with Engineering. /li liCollaborate with Corporate functions to build the technology roadmap. /li /ul h3People Generational Change /h3 ul liWorkforce planning : retirements, internal mobility. /li liSuccession planning and support for onboarding new resources (electrical / mechanical / automation). /li liPromote a climate of psychological safety and accountability for results. /li /ul h3What can you expect from us? /h3 pThis is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment. You will be able to grow and develop your skills and career in a consolidated company in the industry and also enjoy all our benefits! /p ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, or Industrial with strong technical base). /li li8–10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including 3–5 years in people management roles. /li liExperience in food environments or with high quality and safety standards (HACCP / GMP). /li liExperience in World Class Manufacturing contexts (or similar Operational Excellence programs). /li liExpertise in continuous and packaging plants (wet dry), utilities, and electrical / mechanical regulations. /li liGeneral knowledge of PLC / SCADA systems, sensors, fault diagnostics. /li liAdvanced use of CMMS and KPI analysis (OEE, MTTR, MTBF). /li liAbility to manage senior teams, change management, and on-the-job training. /li liData-driven mindset and proficiency with digital tools (SAP, Office 365 suite, basic data analysis). /li /ul h3Preferred Requirements (Nice to Have) /h3 ul liCertifications : Lean Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt), TPM, Project Management (PMP / Prince2). /li liExperience in digital transformation of maintenance (IoT, CMMS, condition-based maintenance, analytics). /li liFluent English for corporate interactions and international suppliers. /li liExperience with aseptic packaging lines, glass and can packaging lines, and infusion bagging lines. /li liGeneral knowledge of dosing / mixing / pasteurization / sterilization systems. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
